Education

High school diploma required. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

What candidates ask most.

Are these positions remote or in-office?
Many of our roles are flexible and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. Our corporate office is in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and we welcome qualified applicants nationwide.
Are these roles full-time, part-time, or contract?
Most of our positions are structured as independent contractor roles, which is why we list "Contractor Requirements" above. Specific arrangements are discussed during the interview process based on the role and your availability.
Do I need prior matchmaking experience to apply?
No. While experience in matchmaking is welcome, we primarily look for backgrounds in sales, marketing, or high-touch personal and professional services. The right attitude, communication skills, and passion for the work matter most.
How long does the hiring process take?
